Attach not visible on MS outlook

When u create new email and add Attach file .

attach file have put in mail body not avaliable in Attach.. bar

please see in menu bar nearly option buttons

change richtext to HTML Format .

2. On exchange email client Navigate>>Tool>>Options >> Mail Format
