เข้า Start >> Run.. แล้วพิมพ์ gpedit.msc
- จากนั้นกดเข้าไปตามนี้ Computer Configuration >> Administrative Templates >> Network >> QoS Packet Scheduler >> Limit reservable Bandwidth
- คลิ๊กหน้าต่างขึ้นมาแล้ว เลือก Enabled แล้วใส่เลข 50 ในช่อง (หมายความว่า ให้เหลือแบนวิทไว้ 50%)
- กด OK
ปล. ค่าตัวเลขในช่อง ไม่ได้หมายความว่าให้เครื่องนั้นใช้แบนวิทเท่าที่ใส่ แต่หมายความว่า ให้เหลือแบนวิทไว้เท่าไหร่ เช่น ถ้าใส่ 20 แปลว่า เครื่องนั้นใช้แบนวิทได้ 80% ของความเร็วทั้งหมด

rebuild the Windows boot.ini.
Users who have a corrupt or missing boot.ini file, are running Microsoft Windows XP, and have a Microsoft Windows XP CD can rebuild the systems boot.ini file by following the below steps.
Insert the Microsoft Windows XP CD into the computer. Note: If you have a system recovery CD or restore CD (not a Microsoft CD) these steps will likely not work for your computer.
Reboot the computer with the CD and press any key when prompted to press any key to boot from the CD. If you do not receive this prompt and/or are not able to boot from the CD see document CH000217.
Once in the Microsoft Setup menu press R to open the recovery console.
Select the operating system you wish to use; if you only have Windows XP on the computer you will only have one prompt.
Once prompted for the password enter the Admin password and press enter.
Once at the command prompt type bootcfg /rebuild to start the rebuild process.
The rebuild process will step you through a number of steps depending upon how many operating systems you have on the computer and how the computer is setup. Below is a listing of the common steps you are likely going to encounter.
* Prompt for the identified versions of Windows installed. When you receive this prompt press Y if the bootcfg command properly identified each of the Windows operating systems installed on the computer. It is important to realize this command will only detect Windows XP, Windows 2000, and Windows NT installations.
* Prompt to enter the load identifier. This is the name of the operating system for the boot.ini. For example, Microsoft Windows XP Home users would enter Microsoft Windows XP Home edition.

เงินทดแทนกรณีลาออกจากงาน
ขั้นตอนปฏิบัติเพื่อขอรับประโยชน์ทดแทนกรณีว่างงาน
เมื่อลูกจ้างออกจากงานหรือถูกเลิกจ้าง
1.ต้องไปขึ้นทะเบียนผู้ว่างงานที่สำนักงานจัดหางาน ของรัฐ ได้ทั่วประเทศตามความสะดวก
2.ยื่นแบบคำขอรับประโยชน์ทดแทนกรณีว่างงาน (สปส.2-01/7) ที่สำนักงานจัดหางานที่ไปขึ้นทะเบียน
เอกสารที่ใช้ประกอบการขึ้นทะเบียนและขอรับประโยชน์ทดแทน
1. รูปถ่ายขนาด 1 นิ้ว หรือ 2 นิ้ว จำนวน 1 รูป
2. สำเนาบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน
3. สำเนาบัตรประกันสังคม(ถ้ามี)
4. แบบขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นผู้ประกันตนกรณีว่างงาน
5. แบบคำขอประโยชน์ทดแทน กรณีว่างงาน (สปส.2-01/7)
6. หนังสือรับรองการออกจากงาน หรือสำเนาแบบแจ้งการสิ้นสุดความเป็นผู้้ประกันตน(สปส 6-09) หรือ

7.สำเนาสมุดบัญชีเงินฝากธนาคารประเภทออมทรัพย์หน้าแรก ซึ่งมีชื่อผู้ประกันตนและเลขที่บัญชีธนาคารใดธนาคารหนึ่ง ใน 6 ธนาคาร คือ 1.ธนาคารกรุงไทย 2.ธนาคารกรุงศรีอยุธยา 3.ธนาคารกรุงเทพ 4.ธนาคารไทยพาณิชย์
5.ธนาคารทหารไทย 6. ธนาคารกสิกรไทย
เงื่อนไขการเกิดสิทธิ
1. ไม่ใช่ผู้มีสิทธิรับประโยชน์ทดแทนกรณีชราภาพ(อายุไม่ครบ 55 ปี บริบูรณ์)
2. สิ้นสภาพการเป็นลูกจ้าง
3. จ่ายเงินสบทบกรณีว่างงาน ครบ 6 เดือน ภายใน 15 เดือน ก่อนการว่างงานจากนายจ้างรายสุดท้าย
4. มีระยะการว่างงานตั้งแต่ 8 วันขึ้นไป
5. ภายในปีปฏิทินเดียวกัน ต้องไม่เคยใช้สิทธิ ในการขอรับประโยชน์ทดแทนกรณีว่างงาน เนื่องจากถุกเลิกจ้าง
หรือสมัครใจลาออก หรือ ใช้ สิทธิแล้ว แต่ยังไม่ครบ
6. ต้องไม่ถูกเลิกจ้าง ด้วยสาเหตุ ต่อไปนี้
6.1 ทุจริตต่อหน้าที่
6.2 กระทำความผิดอาญาโดยเจตนาแก่นายจ้าง
6.3จงใจทำนายจ้างเสียหาย
6.4ฝ่าฝืนข้อบังคับ หรือระเบียบเกี่ยวกับการทำงานในกรณีร้ายแรง
6.5ละทิ้งหน้าที่เป็นเวลา 7 วันติดต่อกันโดยไม่มีเหตุผลอันสมควร
6.6ประมาท เลินเล่อ เป็นเหตุให้ นายจ้างได้รับความเสียหายอย่างร้ายแรง
6.7รับโทษจำคุกตามคำพิพากษาถึงที่สุด
7. ต้องมีความสามารถทำงาน พร้อมที่จะทำงานที่เี่หมาะสมตามที่จัดหาให้ หรือต้องไม่ปฏิเสธการฝึกงาน
และได้ขึ้นทะเบียนไว้ที่สำนักจัดหางานของรัฐ โดยต้องไปรายงานตัว ไม่น้อยกว่า เดือนละครั้ง
สิิทธิประโยชน์ที่จะได้รับ
1.ลาออกจากงาน ได้รับประโยชน์ทดแทน ร้อยละ 30 ของค่าจ้าง
ครั้งละ ไม่เกิน 90 วัน ภายใน 1 ปี ปฏิทิน
2.ถูุกเลิกจ้าง ได้รับประโยชน์ทดแทน ร้อยละ 50 ของค่าจ้าง
ครั้งละ ไม่เกิน 180 วัน ภายใน 1 ปี ปฏิทิน
ระยะเวลาในการดำเนินการ
1. ผู้ประกันตน ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนหางานภายใน 30 วัน นับจากวันว่างงาน จะได้ผลประโยชน์ืทดแทน ครบตามสิทธิ
2. ผู้ประกันตนที่ขึ้นทะเบียนเกิน 30 วัน นับจากวันว่างงานจะได้ผลประโยชน์ทดแทนตามสิทธิที่เหลือนับจากวันขึ้นทะเบียน
วิธีการรับเงิน
รับเงินประโยชน์ทดแทนเป็นรายเดือน โดยโอนผ่านธนาคารของผู้ประกันตน
หลังจากมการรายงานตัวที่สำนักจัดหางานตามที่กำหนด
8.สำนักงานประกันสังคมจะงดจ่ายประโยชน์ทดแทนแก่ผู้ประกันตนกรณีว่างงานเมื่อ
8.1 กลับเข้าทำงานในสถานประกอบการ
8.2 ปฏิเสธงาน หรือ ปฏิเสธการฝึกงาน ที่จัดหาให้
8.3 ไม่ไปรายงานตัวตามที่กำหนด

Windowloader 3.5
เนื่องจากหากมีการล็อคระดับ Hard ware จึงทำให้ไม่สามารถโหลดหน้าต่างใช้ตัวเก่ากับ PC ที่ซื้อได้มาใหม่
ให้ Download แล้วดับเบิ้ลคลิ๊กไฟล์จากนั้นเลือกโหลดแล้วรีสตาร์ทแล้วตอนบูตจะเจอเมนูให้เลือกเลือกเข้่า
อันใหม่แล้ว logo มันจะขึ้นรูปคนเล่นสโนบอร์ดสีเขียวแล้วเมื่อเสร็จจะใช้งานได้ครับ

Job Monitor that the Job Status indicates "Server Paused"

Synchronization Problem outlook 2007
To configure how the Offline Address Book is downloaded when you use Outlook in Cached Exchange Mode, follow these steps to configure the DownloadOAB value in the Registry.
Important This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. system restore
Problem
When trying to start Windows System Restore, the following error message appears:
"Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
Cause
This error may occur if the primary hard drive or boot partition has been changed/upgraded/replaced and software from the hard drive vendor (such as MaxBlast from Maxtor or Data Lifeguard from Western Digital) has been used to move the data from the old to the new drive.
Solution
1.Click Start | Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Services.
2.Right-click System Restore Service and click Properties.
3.From the Startup Type drop-down, select Disabled.
4.Click OK.
5.Close the Services and Administrative Tools windows.
6.Right-click My Computer, click Properties, and click the System Restore tab. The System Restore tab should now display properly; however, the System Restore service will be disabled.
7.Enable System Restore and click Apply.
